Katie Drews

Katie delivers comprehensive executive leadership across organizational strategy, finance, client contracts and services, Zero Waste policy, and community engagement. Leveraging Eureka’s unique “view from the pile,” Katie’s work is focused on eliminating toxics from materials and packaging, as well as advancing the Global Plastics Treaty.

She joined Eureka in 2021, bringing a strong background in marketing and business strategy from her experience in higher education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. An alumna of Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Katie holds both a BBA and an MBA.

Additionally, Katie serves as the National Director for the Alliance for Mission-Based Recycling (AMBR), where she plays a pivotal role in advocating for systemic change to address the plastics and waste crisis and uphold the principles of authentic recycling. Additionally, she serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Reuse Minnesota.
