FOOD WASTE REDUCTION SPECIALIST - HENNEPIN COUNTY

Hennepin County's Environment and Energy department is seeking a Food Waste Reduction Specialist. They will be responsible for helping establish a food waste reduction target for the county and leading the development and implementation of a county food waste prevention plan, two initiatives outlined in the county’s new Zero Waste Plan. Additionally, the position will work on food rescue, supporting food rescue organizations and donors in feeding those facing hunger.  Applications accepted until Monday, March 13, 2023. 

SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST, SOLID WASTE - CITY OF BLOOMINGTON

The City of Bloomington is seeking an individual to assist in the implementation, and coordination of the City’s solid waste program, with an emphasis on community engagement and education related to program initiatives that increase waste diversion, reuse, and waste prevention to meet the City’s goals and objectives.  Applications accepted until Monday, March 6, 2023.

SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST, CLIMATE ENGAGEMENT - CITY OF BLOOMINGTON

The Sustainability Specialist will connect community members to resources that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve Bloomington’s resiliency to climate change. Their work will focus on implementing engagement activities and coordinating the planning, administration, and delivery of sustainability and resiliency program initiatives.  Applications accepted until Monday, March 6, 2023.

ENVIRONMENTALIST - SCOTT COUNTY

Performs a variety of professional duties related to maintaining a healthy environment for County residents. Assignment includes working at the County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility several times a week, including every Saturday.  Assignment also includes planning and enforcement activities in hazardous waste, solid waste, inspection of subsurface sewage treatment systems (SSTS), enforcement of sewage regulations, investigation of nuisance complaints and related matters as well as assignments in other divisions of the Department  Applications accepted until March 1st, 11:59 PM Central Time. 

COMMUNITY PROGRAM MANAGER - THE RECYCLING PARTNERSHIP

The Recycling Partnership is seeking a Community Program Manager to support the System Optimization Team of The Recycling Partnership. Reporting to the Director of Community Programs, but engaging with many members of The Partnership, as well as corporate leaders, foundations and government agencies, this position is responsible for implementing grants that the Recycling Partnership is contracted with, providing technical assistance and coaching to grantees, ensuring programs stay on track, reimbursing grants, ensuring that metrics are complete and accurate and bringing in final reports to inform future granting.  Applications will be accepted until position is filled.  

MARKETING MANAGER - BRIDGING MN

The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and leading the marketing strategy for Bridging. This position will report to the Director of Development and primarily office in Roseville. The Marketing Manager will supervise one direct report, the Communications Coordinator. As a member of the Development team, the Marketing Manager will help foster a culture of philanthropy, service, and gratitude with all key stakeholders: donors, volunteers, clients, agency partners, and community partners.  Applications will be accepted until March 3rd.
