RECYCLING PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

City of Saint Paul​

Seeking an individual to assist with the following: 

  • Plans, directs, and implements citywide recycling, organic waste, and solid waste management environmental programs. 

  • Manages vendor contracts, analyzes performance, and evaluates service delivery. Develops policies, procedures, and program management mechanisms.

  • Performs grants writing and management, including developing funding sources and tracking grant finances. 

  • Acts as a liaison with community groups; creates contracts and agreements for each program; attends meetings; represents the City on committees; and evaluates and monitors program data.
